Wipe the inside and outside with an antibacterial wipe or a lightly damp cloth after training, then let them air dry fully, away from direct sun. Never soak them or machine wash them. Once a month, rub a thin layer of Vaseline into the leather: it keeps the cowhide supple and intact for years.
