Every YIBUKO order ships with full tracking. Here's what to expect from checkout to your door.
Order Processing
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Delivery Times
Once shipped, typical delivery times are:
- United States: 7-15 business days
- Canada: 7-15 business days
- Rest of world: 10-20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be longer during peak periods or customs processing.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs inspection, which can add a few days to delivery. Any import duties or taxes levied by your country are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking Your Order
Use the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email to follow your parcel. If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days or your order seems stuck, email us at support@yibuko.com and we'll investigate immediately.
Lost or Undelivered Parcels
If your order is confirmed lost in transit, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund - your choice. Contact us at support@yibuko.com with your order number.
